The dependency of mankind to their environment has drawn her attention since early high school. Realizing that she has an interest specifically in climate issues, she pursued the bachelor degree in Department of Geophysics and Meteorology, Bogor Agriculture University, Indonesia. She completed the bachelor degree in 2007. Strong interests in climate and agriculture lead her eagerness to get further insight. Therefore took a Master study in Plant Sciences of Wageningen University and Research Center (WUR), The Netherlands. She obtained the degree in 2012. Her research interests are mainly in the area of climate and agriculture, specifically on the adaptation aspect. She has also been largely involved in the project related to food security.
